The favorites heart only narrows your view, the way it should.

Tapping the heart filter to show your favorite people was supposed to only ever shrink the list on screen. A bug let it silently add people back in who were not supposed to be there, caught by a real tester whose curated group had grown on its own. Fixed, with a test that locks the rule in place.
